  14. I'm looking for a simple C++ compiler without all
  15. the bells an whistles that come with VC++
  16.  
  17. My goal is to refresh my knowlege of C and 
  18. acquire some expertice in C++
  19.  
  20. But with VC++ 4.0 it's like taking an airplane
  21. to go to the barber shop :-)
  22.  
  23. I know there comes a C++ compiler with Linux but
  24. I have no intention to reformat my disk and install
  25. Linux just to get the compiler running.

  27. I now have Win NT3.51 and Win95 installed.
